It only happened once but both Ekram and Pandora tell a very different story of how it happened. Pandora claims she seduced Ekram with her powerful Ardat Yakshi gaze and Ekram claims he was just passed out drunk. Either way, Ekram was lucky to survive the encounter and Pandora loves bragging that not even he could say no to her.
